Minor error in the normal version of the template: The style options for using the MTG Confidential frame point to a 'card.jpg' file, while the actual file is 'card1.jpg'.
Also posts as Ashardalon, Eques Concordia, and Guinea Pig (only elsewhere).

Big update here. I'm discontinuing the practice of having separate playtest templates for different types of cards. There is now only one template. This template has been modified to utilize information taken from the set file, including set name, the card's date and time created, and the date and time the card was last modified.

Hey Pichoro,

I'm new on here but I've been using MSE for a few months now. This playtest template is great, it's perfect for printing up some cards without burning through a lot of ink.

Would you be able to alter the template code for the card to be blank or to allow a picture, instead of having the creation date, modified date, and test date info?

I'm not sure how much work that would be, but if you get a chance I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks,
Batman

I could make information vanish, but why? Its only a small amount of black ink, and could be useful. Not to mention people used to complain about the wasted space on this template before I re-modeled it...

As for adding art, that kinda defeats the purpose of the template. That is, you're going to suddenly add that color image and have it using more ink. If you want art, at a certain point, it becomes better to just run magic-new renders off in black & white (which most printers could do in the settings, I'm sure).

Oh that's funny about people complaining about the wasted space. Printing with the regular templates in black and white is a good idea. That would work, I just really like how clean and simple this template looks. My thinking was that it would be nice to have the option of adding a simple picture or the set created info to the blank card, rather than having it be the only option. Unfortuanetly I REALLY don't have the skills to mess with the template.

Thanks for making this one though.
