These are now available as a normal Magic template, no extra coding required. They're attached to this post.
The download includes the symbol font for the name, and frames for textless, regular texted, and single line texted tokens. With removable p/t boxes, of course.
These templates now utilize optional foil gradients - get some here.

First, the font is Baskerville, and set to bold. Beyond that, attached is the symbol font folder with images and script.
I left out the language letters because that would require at least 36 more characters. If it turns out that people really need them, I can make them, but I don't have the time for it right now - If anyone else wants to make them, feel free
