Reversed Tapped Templates

Well, I'd like to supply an updated and fixed version of htis template. If I don't hear from Zotoshibobo within 48 hours, I'm going to replace his original download with this new one.

Changes in My Version:
- Fixed the lack of a card-sample image, which causes a crash while opening an existant set, and an error message when starting a new set.
- Rotated all upright images 90 degrees left to stop errors dealing with images used in blending not being the same size. Some of these images are still hideous, but atleast they don't cause errors anymore.
- Removed extended image box styling option since it does nothing.
- New position hint and installer group to stop this template from stepping on magic-new's toes.
- There was no ptmask.png, but the file felt it needed one. Now it has a newly modified one to make pt-boxes look better. I think it looks pretty cool, myself, overhanging onto the border.
- "card width" was set to 532, but card_color was set to 523. I'm sure you meant 523, so card width is now 523.
- Added Mythic Rares, including mythic rare symbol variation to be compatible with 0.3.6 (and 0.3.6b, of course).

As you can see, most of these are error fixes and book-keeping fixes.
