Magic Modern Transform Template (2.0.0)

Postby Art_Freak on Tue Sep 06, 2011 10:23 am

For PHYREXIAN MANA, go here and installer the first installer in the first post: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=401&start=0

If an installer does not work for you, download it and rename it from *.mse-installer to *.zip (you must have view extensions on in your settings.) You will be prompted to verify that you want to change the file type, say 'yes'. You will then be able to extract the files to the data folder manually. Installers are just automated ZIP files.

This template comes with a necessary game file update. Without the version included in this file, transform cards will not work.

This template would not be possible without the work of Shiv2503 on images. :)

Thanks I've been waiting for these since they were announced.

There was a problem installing it for me. It only updated one of the packages.

Any one know why that may be? I am on Windows 7 if that helps.

(Also my console debugger is saying "The package 'magic.mse.game' is out of date. Can anyone provide a link to the new one?)

It comes with the updated version of the file you need... just follow the bold red instruction in the first post since "the installer does not work for you".

It won't let me change the file type, how do I do that?

Go to this page and view the last question there. The next to last question explains how to show extensions if you need that as well. That should be everything you need to know. :)

None at all, sorry. We're still waiting on images.

Okay I managed to successfully install it. It just took me a while to figure out how to view extensions.

Fantastic job on these!

You know what would be really cool if you could do it some how?

Leveling + Transform.

I get these errors when I try and make a transform card. See Attachment

Are there any plans to make a template for the "proxy" cards used to actually play the transform cards? Without that, you can't really use any double-face cards you make yourself.

Any thought put into having watermarks in place of the Sun or Moon symbols? I was thinking that maybe this would work for guilds, futureshifted symbols, and/or other factions as well as basic transform.

The installer didn't work, so I took the advice here and changed it to a .zip file.

Moved all the files manually into the data folder as directed. Replaced what had to be replaced as indicated.

Still nothing. No transform card templates showing up.

Um..help?
